FitAF has been a game changer in my fitness! I used to spend hours in the kitchen every Sunday doing meal prep. I also had no variety and ate the same things on a regular basis. Now I spend 10 minutes during the week ordering my meals. I also get to eat and experience new foods all the time! I highly recommend FitAF. Great company and great people!
I have been using fit af for 2 weeks now. I am already losing weight feeling motivated and enjoying the food. They have lots of choices of meals and snacks. It is helping me not only with the ease of watching what I eat but its helping me hone in on portion size. The food is delicious. Since it is made fresh and not frozen and made by real people it doesnt taste like pre made meals. It tastes like I made it at home. My husband has also started to order some because he is jealous :)
Absolutely love the food! I always tell people that I wish there was someone who could come up with healthy delicious meals and make them for me because 1. I hate cooking and 2. I hate grocery shopping. A friend recommended Fit AF and I thought maybe it was too good to be true. They are ridiculously affordable and they deliver to my door every Sunday. I was very skeptical at first, but my mind changed after the first meal. it was delicious and so easy to prepare , pop in microwave and its done , tastes better than if I cooked all day.

Very knowledgeable and overall kind people who make absolutely delicious meals. Great timesaver if you’re sick of meal prepping and calculating your own macros 😁. I just started 3 weeks ago and haven’t had a thing I don’t like. I highly recommend!

I highly recommend FIT AF. They made my hectic life much more manageable when it comes to meal prep. The food is delicious and very healthy. The staff are very accommodating, knowledgeable, & responds to your needs promptly. The meal prices are affordable and I actually saved tons of money from over spending at the grocery store. It’s quick, easy, & no hassle trying to decide on meals everyday. Just heat, serve, & enjoy!!!!

The food is outstanding !!! I’m a food snob and would never try a service like this; however, I’m renovating part of my home and am unable to cook for the week. I cannot rave about these meals enough !
